Initial registration can be made via our booking system with the deposit. All transaction details will be provided via email. Once you’ve booked you will receive an email with a questionnaire and an on-line interview where we will evaluate your admission to the course. In case of rejection you will be fully refunded.
Upon approval of your application. The participants are required to pay in full the tuition fee 15 days before the starting of the course at the latest.
Full payment will constitute a reconfirmation of a participant’s place in the course. If this has not been paid by the payment deadline, a participant’s position will be considered forfeited.
We offer the choice between:
• Bank-to-bank wire transfers (we suggest using Transferwise.com, it has quite low commissions).
• Credit Card (3% transaction fee) .
If you cancel before 90 days from the starting of the course: 85% refund of the deposit
If you cancel before 60 days from the starting of the course: 65% refund of the deposit
If you cancel before 45 days from the starting of the course: 50% refund of the deposit
If you cancel before 16 days from the starting of the course: 30% refund of the deposit
After the deadline of the full payment, no refund but your payment could be used for the next year’s training or from another person you find (as long as open spaces are available).
A student who withdraws him or herself during the course will be refunded only in case of serious illness and after medical examination. Be aware that the non-compliance with the TTC policies can cause the expulsion from the course without any refund.
AumTantraYoga does not accept any responsibility for cancellations due to personal reasons like delays, changes, change of idea etc.
Any other facts caused by acts of God, war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, government restrictions or any other events beyond our control and the unlikely case of cancellation from the side of AumTantraYoga, your full tuition including deposit will, of course, be refunded.
