REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

Initial Registration

Initial registration can be made via our booking system with the deposit. All transaction details will be provided via email.

Once you’ve booked you will receive an email with a questionnaire and an on-line interview where we will evaluate your admission to the course. In case of rejection, you will be fully refunded.

Full Payment

Upon approval of your application. The participants are required to pay in full the tuition fee no later than 30 days before the starting of the course.

Full payment will constitute a reconfirmation of a participant’s place in the course. If this has not been paid by the payment deadline, a participant’s position will be considered forfeited.

We offer the choice between:

• Bank wire transfer

• Credit Card with a 3% transaction fee applied (require the payment link)

Cancellation policies

75% refund of the deposit if you cancel before 90 days from the start of the course

50% refund of the deposit if you cancel before 30 days from the start of the course

NO REFUND after the deadline of the full payment (30 days from the start of the course).

Instead of the refund you can chose to keep your deposit for another TTC anywhere in the world in the next 1 year. Once you moved your deposit to a different TTC you can’t ask anymore for the a refund or move your deposit a second time.

A student who withdraws during the course will be refunded only in case of serious illness and after a medical examination. Be aware that non-compliance with the TTC policies can cause expulsion from the course without any refund.

AumTantraYoga accepts no responsibility for cancellations due to personal reasons like delays, changes, changes of ideas, etc.

Any other facts caused by acts of God, war, the closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to include or continue in future editions. In the unlikely case of cancellation from the side of AumTantraYoga, your full tuition including the deposit, will be refunded. In any case, we warmly suggest purchasing refundable flight tickets.
